I specialize in working with 1st Time Home Buyers and have been doing that through out my Real Estate career. I have assisted in excess of 150 Buyers purchase their 1st home. I believe that owning Real Estate is the best way to create long term wealth and the first step is purchasing your own home.
My mission is to show Buyers the way to home ownership: rather you are ready today or we create a plan to have you ready in a year; I know that it is possible for EVERYONE to own their own home. I have worked with virtually every 1st time Buyer assistance program available in King or Snohomish County. I am certified by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to teach 1st Time Buyer Classes and teach at least 1 of these classes per month. I also teach on a regular basis for many of the non-profit housing agencies in town; including HomeSight & ACORN. In addition, I am a preferred Real Estate Agent with HomeSight. I have also served on the Board of Directors for the Washington HomeOwnership Center.
I put my money where my mouth is: I own my own home & several investment properties. I understand the local Real Estate market. I am not only working in it daily on my clients behalf, I am also building my own long-term wealth thru Real Estate.
