Step 1 - Educate Yourself > Certificate

Our class is sponsored by The Washington State Housing Finance Commission. It is a 5-hour class, during which we cover all the topics concerning purchasing a home, as required by WSHFC. As Real Estate Agents we have completed specialized training and are certified by the WSHFC to lead these classes. We are also very experienced in working with First Time Buyers using these special loan programs.

Also leading the class, will be a Lender we have carefully chosen, who has completed the specialized training with WSHFC. Many First Time Home Buyer loan programs require that you have completed this educational course to qualify for your loan. You will receive your Certificate at the time you complete the class. It is good for 2 years from that date.
